今シーズンよりボディに使用した裏毛は糸から選定したオリジナルファブリックを開発。
表糸にスーピマエイジング糸を使用。

 

通常のスーピマ糸を紡績時、繊維が受けるダメージを極力減らし、綿繊維の中空部分を特殊なトリートメントによって復元し、満たすことで柔らかでしっとりした仕上がりに。

 

ナチュラルなキックバック(伸縮)が肌を包むような着心地の裏毛に仕上げた。

 

生地の表面につく毛羽を極限まで取り払い、従来より粒子が細かい柔軟剤を用いて、洗濯による風合いの劣化が少なくなるスリークバイオ加工を施している。
従来の”BROTHERS"に比べ生地の肌触りを滑らかに仕上げた。

従来のウォッシャブルレザーより薬剤の加工を限界まで抑えることで革本来の風合いを生かした柔らかさのあるヴィンテージライクなカウレザーに変更した。

ブランド初期からリリースし、アイコンでもあるプロダクトだからこそ永く展開していくために素材から抜本的に見直した。

製品で洗いをかけている為、購入後の縮みも比較的少ない。
ブランドを代表するアイテム。

The original fabric used for the body this season was developed by selecting from the yarn.
Supima aged yarn is used for the outer yarn.

The damage done to the fibers during the spinning process of ordinary Supima yarn is minimized, and the hollow spaces in the cotton fibers are restored and filled with a special treatment to create a soft and moist finish.

 

The natural kickback (elasticity) of the fabric makes it comfortable to wear as if it wraps around the skin.

 

Sleek bio treatment is used to remove fluff from the surface of the fabric to the utmost limit, and a fabric softener with finer particles is used to minimize deterioration of the texture due to washing.
The texture of the fabric is smoother than that of conventional “BROTHERS”.

By minimizing the use of chemicals, the leather has been given a softer, vintage-like cowhide that brings out the original texture of the leather.

Since this product has been released since the brand's early days and is an iconic product, we have fundamentally reviewed the materials in order to ensure a long-lasting development.

The leather is washed in the production process, so there is relatively little shrinkage after purchase.
This is an item that represents the brand.
