"JAZZY" Sulfur Dyed Summer Cords Jacket

KYOUのテーラードラインとして登場する" JAZZY"は、 生前のRiver Phoenixが着用するジャケットから構想 を経たセットアップスタイル。 生地にはサマーコールと呼ばれる通常のコール天と違 い畔を広くすることで清涼感を持ち、春夏にも向いた コーデユロイ素材。また、表面にリネンを入れることで さらっとした感触を楽しむことができる。

【硫化染め…昔からサルファーダイと呼ばれる手法で 親しまれてきた染色方法の一つ。複雑で味わいのある 色を作ることができます。硫化染め特有の経年変化の あたりを楽しむことができる。】

アメリカンテーラードを【 KYOU】の解釈で設計し、国内 テーラード専門工場で生産。 総裏ではなく半裏に仕上げ重量感を感じさせない仕様 の為、所謂カッチリにきまり過ぎず、少し肩の抜けた仕 上がりになっている。 裏地はすべてキュプラを使用し、着用した際の袖通り の良さも気持ちがいい。

 

"JAZZY", which appears as part of KYOU's tailored line, is a set-up style conceived from the jacket worn by River Phoenix before his death. The fabric is called Summer Cole, which differs from normal cole fabric in that it has wider sides, giving it a cooler feel and making it suitable for spring and summer. The surface of the fabric has a linen surface, which gives the fabric a dry feel. 
*Sulphur-dyeing: A dyeing method known as sulphur-dyeing that has been popular since ancient times. It can produce complex and tasteful colours. The unique ageing effects of sulphur dyeing can be enjoyed.
 Designed with KYOU's interpretation of the American tailored and produced at a factory specialising in tailored garments in Japan. The specification is not fully lined but semi-lined to give a sense of weight, so it is not too tight-fitting and has a slightly slouchy finish. All lining is made of cupro and the sleeves feel good when worn.
