”GRANDPA" Modyfied Flower Emboss Combi-Straight Tip by HARUTA

HARUTAとのコラボレーション第4弾となるストレートチップ “GRANDPA” は、HARUTA社に眠る40年以上前のデザインとラストを使用。

 

 

HARUTAの職人と積み上げてきたアーカイブから、工場の職人と共に宝探しのように掘り当てたベース型 “FT1825”。
アメリカのフリーマーケットで掘り出し物を見つけたときのような高揚感がそこにはあった。

 

 

当時の原型にリスペクトを込めつつ、ストレートチップの切替と美しい花を型押しで表現したレザーをコンビネーションで配した。
履き口はタンの裏側にゴムを配したスリッポン仕様で、履き心地もコンフォート。

 

 

原型はまるで老父が履くような懐かしさのある一足。
昔からあるものに手を加え、全く新しいものへと昇華された今シーズンの新型です。

The fourth collaboration with HARUTA, the straight-tip “GRANDPA,” utilizes a design and last from over 40 years ago, dormant within HARUTA's archives.

 

 

From the archives built up with HARUTA's artisans, the base last “FT1825” was unearthed like a treasure hunt, discovered together with the factory craftsmen.
It evoked the same exhilaration as finding a hidden gem at an American flea market.

 

 

Paying homage to the original prototype, we combined a straight-tip vamp with leather embossed in a beautiful floral pattern.
The slip-on design features elastic at the tongue's back for comfortable wear.

 

 

The original prototype evokes the nostalgic feel of a pair worn by an elderly gentleman.
This season's new model is a reimagined version, refined from the classic to something entirely new.
