HARUTA社との協業で最も大切にしたい、HARUTAを代表するローファー。
今回はアメリカンアイビーを原型にしたローファーを、いかに “普通ではないもの” に昇華させるかに重きを置いた。

 

 

インラインにはないイタリア原産のカーフレザー（毛付きの牛革）を採用。
毛足が長く、光沢を帯びた上品なルックスが特徴。

 

 

内側面にはプロダクトテーマでもある
“THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL LOAFERS”（単純なローファーではない）、
そしてKYOUのモノづくりにおいて重要視しているリバー・フェニックスの言葉
“IN SIMPLICITY THERE IS TRUTH”（単純なものにこそ真実が宿る）を刺繍で表現。

 

 

素材替えにとどまらず、毛の長さや革の厚みを細かく調整して成型性を確保。
HARUTAの職人と試作を重ねて完成した渾身の一足。

The loafer that best represents HARUTA, the most important element of our collaboration with HARUTA.
This time, we focused on elevating a loafer based on American Ivy style into something “not ordinary.”

 

 

We used Italian calf leather (hair-on cowhide) not found in our standard line.
It features a long pile and a lustrous, elegant look.

 

 

Inside, embroidered are the product theme
“THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL LOAFER”
and River Phoenix's words, central to KYOU's craftsmanship:
“IN SIMPLICITY THERE IS TRUTH.”

 

 

Beyond simply changing materials, the hair length and leather thickness were meticulously adjusted to ensure formability.
This is a pair crafted with passion, perfected through repeated prototyping with HARUTA artisans.

天然のイタリア製レザーを一頭毎の革を使用している為、毛足の長さ、方向に ばらつきがあります。
