"TEE-NS".10 Memory of Palm Springs Graphic Tee

シーズンテーマを構成するロサンゼルス〜パームスプリングス〜セドナまでの道中、
見た景色をグレイハウンド（大陸横断バス）から見た記憶を頼りに書き起こしたグラフィックをプリントした1枚。

 

 

書き起こした原画をそのままスキャニングしてデータ化した。

ボディは32/1の細番手の糸で編まれた天竺を使用し、経年劣化したような色褪せたヴィンテージの風合いをフロスト加工で表現した。

 

袖と裾は天地縫い（シングルステッチ）で仕上げつつも、袖には表振り3本針ステッチワークを施し、古着でありそうでないユニークなヴィンテージTシャツを表現。

 

 

カリフォルニアの美しさを感じることができる、デザイナー自身が好きな場所の一つをグラフィックで表現した1枚。
旅の記憶とカリフォルニアに思いをはせた1枚です。

This is a printed copy of a graphic that was transcribed from memory of the scenery seen from the Greyhound (transcontinental bus) on the road from Los Angeles to Palm Springs to Sedona 
that constitutes the season's theme.

The original graphic was scanned and converted to data.

The body is made of 32/1 fine count jersey knit with a frosted finish that gives the garment a faded, vintage look.
While the sleeves and hem are finished with topstitching (single stitching), the sleeves are finished with front-swing 3-needle stitchwork, expressing a unique vintage T-shirt that is not likely to be found in vintage clothing.

This piece is a graphic representation of one of the designer's own favorite places, where the beauty of California can be felt.
It is a piece that brings to mind memories of travel and California.
