"ROEBUCK"REPAIRED Half Ouled Coated Jacket by 66 Selvedge Denim

25SSよりデザインを一新したKYOUのデニムコレクション。

今シーズンの新型には、シーズンテーマである荒野を彷彿とさせるドライで粗野な、朽ちていく様を加工によって表現した。

 

 

リーバイス66前期の色落ちに見られるシャープなムラ感を再現した、14ozセルヴィッチデニムを使用。

リペア感を演出するために、ランダムにあて布を配置して叩きつけを施したうえで、ハードウォッシュ加工を実施。

 

その後、オーバーダイやダメージ加工を加え、さらにオンスの違う生地を別洗いにかけ、衿回りをはじめとする各所にリペア風に叩きつけた。

 

色残りのある部分は、加工終了後に縫製を外し、陰影のコントラストを際立たせている。

 

 

最終工程として、製品にワックスオイルド加工を施し、グラデーションのある仕上がりに。
デニム生地との相性も良く、オイル特有のベタつきが手に残ることもない。

 

 

KYOUのシグネチャージャケットとして展開する “ROEBUCK” に、今シーズンから新たにオイルド加工を加え、ニュービンテージジャケットとして新たな側面を見せる。

 

 

※この製品には特殊なオイルド・ワックスコーティングを施しております。 職人が1点1点手作業で加工をしている為 仕上がりは商品ごとに異なります。

KYOU's denim collection, redesigned from Spring/Summer 2025.

This season's new styles evoke the wilderness theme through processing that expresses a dry, rugged, decaying appearance.

 

 

Features 14oz selvedge denim recreating the sharp, uneven fading seen in early Levi's 66 jeans.

To create a repaired look, random patches were applied and hammered on before undergoing a hard wash.

 

Subsequently, overdyeing and damage processing were added. Fabric of a different weight was washed separately and hammered on in a repair-style pattern around the collar and other areas.

 

Areas retaining color were unstitched after processing to accentuate the contrast in shadows and highlights.

 

 

As the final step, the product receives a wax oil finish for a gradient effect.
It pairs well with denim and leaves no sticky residue on the hands.

 

 

KYOU's signature jacket, the “ROEBUCK,” now features this new oiled finish starting this season, revealing a fresh perspective as a new vintage jacket.
