25SSよりデザインを一新したKYOUのデニムコレクション。

今シーズンの新型には、シーズンテーマである荒野を彷彿とさせる、ドライで粗野・朽ちていく様を加工で表現した。

 

 

リーバイス66前期の色落ちに見られる、シャープなムラ感を再現する14ozセルヴィッチデニムを使用。

リペア感を演出するため、ランダムにあて布を配置し、叩きつけを施したうえでハードウォッシュ加工を実施。

 

さらにオーバーダイやダメージ加工を加えたのち、オンスの異なる生地を別で洗いにかけ、ポケットや裾・ベルト・膝など各所にリペア風に叩きつけた。

 

 

色残りのある部分は、加工終了後に縫製を外し、陰影のコントラストを際立たせている。

 

 

最終工程として製品にワックスオイルド加工を施し、グラデーションが出るように緩急をつけて塗布。
デニム生地との相性も良く、オイル特有のベタつきもない。

 

 

ヒップポケットのオリジナル革パッチや、フロントファスナー裏のバーコードケアラベルもプロダクトのアクセントに。

 

 

定番で展開するストレートデニムを、異なる加工で新たな側面を見せる一着。

KYOU's denim collection, redesigned from Spring/Summer 2025.

This season's new styles feature processing that evokes the season's theme of wilderness—dry, rugged, and decaying.

 

 

Crafted from 14oz selvedge denim to recreate the sharp, uneven fading seen in early Levi's 66 jeans.

To achieve a repaired look, random patches were applied and hammered before undergoing a hard wash.

 

Further over-dyeing and damage processing were applied. Fabrics of different weights were washed separately, then hammered onto areas like pockets, hems, belts, and knees for a repair-like effect.

 

 

Areas retaining color were de-stitched after processing to accentuate shadow contrast.

 

 

As the final step, a wax oil finish was applied to the garment, layered with varying intensity to create a gradient effect.
It complements the denim fabric well and avoids the sticky feel often associated with oils.

 

 

The original leather patch on the hip pocket and the barcode care label behind the front zipper add accents to the product.

 

 

This piece reimagines the classic straight-leg denim with distinct processing techniques, revealing a new facet.
